I'm the Fractional CTO you bring in when the stakes are high and the path isn't clear. For companies with ambitious goals but limited runway, I parachute in to unblock teams, sharpen strategy, and ship products that matter.
My philosophy is forged from first principles at MIT and scaled over 15 years at Microsoft: Move fast, learn from failure, and ruthlessly prioritize. I don't just advise; I roll up my sleeves and build. I thrive in the "messy middle"—translating bold vision into executable code and turning AI hype into a profit center.
I build resilient teams that are empowered to take intelligent risks. I influence boards and founders by grounding technical decisions in business reality.
